Email support
Send details about the issue, the screen involved, and what you expected to happen. Do not include your password, verification code, access token, or full GPS route.

Open Profile → Settings → Beta support to email support or create a sanitized diagnostic report. Footing does not upload that report automatically.
Account deletion
Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account to permanently delete your account and associated app data. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address connected to the account.

Email support to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to be removed from the Footing waitlist. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
